Buckeye Valley Athletic Boosters
2023-2024 Senior Scholarship Application
The Buckeye Valley Athletic Booster Club scholarship. Scholarships in the amount of $500 will be awarded to 4 seniors graduating in 2023 attending an accredited post secondary school (4-year, 2-year, junior college, community college, technical/vocational school, etc.) as a full-time student.
Please, review the information carefully. Should you decide to apply for a scholarship, you must complete the application form and provide the required information by the deadline. Applications must be submitted using the Google form found at www.buckeyevalleyathleticboosters.com no later than 4 pm on Friday March 1, 2024. All submissions will be reviewed by the scholarship committee. Scholarships will be awarded at the May 13, 2024 Senior Awards Banquet. Please provide an essay on the following topic: “How has being a Buckeye Valley Student Athlete taught you the importance of Character, Honor, and Service?”
Academics
TWO Letters of recommendation from teachers (Applicant’s Choice)
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Athletics
ONE letter of Recommendation from your athletic coach that describes attendance, attitude and behavior.
Post Secondary School Verification
Copy of a “Letter of Intent/Congratulations from college/university applicant plans to attend
