Uniform purchases that are provided by the District
Facility Improvements that could be made through the District’s Permanent Improvement Fund or were originally purchased by Bond Issue/Capital Improvement monies

Each team may run 1 Fundraiser sponsored by the BV Athletic Boosters
Requests must be submitted at least one month before the fundraiser begins. This allows our team to get everything set up properly.
Cash Deposit Form - This form must be filled out when a deposit is made. This is to help the Treasurer track deposits and ensure that money is credited to the correct team account.
