Coach Request Protocol

  1. Ask Athletic Director

  2. All requests must have the following:

  • Price Quote (2 different options)

  • Item Specifications

  • Turned in by the 15th of each month in order to be placed on meeting agenda

  1. Complete the Form: BVAB Coach Request Form



Expenditures NOT funded by the BVAB:

  • Uniform purchases that are provided by the District

  • Facility Improvements that could be made through the District’s Permanent Improvement Fund or were originally purchased by Bond Issue/Capital Improvement monies

  • Individual player supplements

  • Individual training/camps/clinics

  • Showcases
